In Travelers Rest... The worse Whopper my husband & I ever had....left 1/2 of mine uneaten.
Had arranged for a family member to pick me up something to eat from this "restaurant". Upon arriving, they had entered inside the lobby and proceeded to wait at the counter. Luckily they noticed the food assembler was not wearing gloves and was using bare hands on tomatoes, and other such condiments. I declined to want anything at that point and asked them to leave and not worry about the order. Shortly after, I called the franchise and spoke with a woman named Lisa or whatever and informed her. Unfortunately she thought it convenient to lie to me and upon detailing my experience very quickly assured her employees were wearing gloves, as if she had time in 3 or 4 seconds to thoroughly check the kitchen to make sure. As if my family would lie to me about something so easy to be fixed. Very ignorant and rude behavior. They lost a bit of business from me and I hope they get themselves cleaned up or the list will grow like a wildfire.
Good food... But when I visited they were OUT OF ALL HAMBURGERS! The lady who took the order, however, was kind enough to show much GENEROSITY when it came to ringing the bill. She made the visit worth it.
Came in for lunch with my wife and our three kids ages 8, 4 and 2. My wife asked if there was a bacon cheeseburger on the value menu. The rude staff member just pointed at the menu. A "yes" would have been helpful. They were out of Mac n Cheetos despite the fact that it was clearly on the menu we were so helpfully directed to. The Sprite that my daughter wanted was also out. Despite the fact that everything we ordered was from the Value menu, when my wife ordered small drinks for all of us we weren't given 16 oz value size drinks, but the larger "small" drinks. Over $8 just for drinks. Rude staff. We wanted dessert, but refused to give these jerks any more of our money.
Food and service good but we had a baby with us. Needed to change diaper and no changing table in either bathroom. Had to change baby in back seat of our car in pouring down rain!
