We've been with Dr. Shirley and staff for over 20 years. He raised our girls with his excellent dentistry and great life advice. He and Dr. Price have a true family caring practice, unlike many of the corporate business dentistries around today. They actually care about you, not just the $$. I would highly recommend Trailhead Family Dentistry.
I've been to this dentist with my husband and they did great with him and last time i was pleased. This visit today wasnt that great at all. I was sprayed with the water in the face over and over.. I get to the register and i expect to pay $70 for a cleaning, which is what i asked for nothing more and i end up having to pay $120. I get to the car to look at my teeth and last time they were nice and clean and white and today they dont even feel clean. Also the lady flossed my front bottom teeth and didnt even do the others or the top. She said i could do it at home... Um.. No.. I paid $120 i shouldnt have to go home thats why i pay you. I literally should have lit $120 on fire. I am not pleased with this establishment and will be looking for another dentist.

I called them a few weeks ago to find out when my step son's appointment is scheduled. I was told that he wasn't on the schedule but that it had been a year since his last appointment. I didn't think that sounded right but I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for the first available time. It's summer break so I had to wake him up to get ready for his appointment. We were about 10 minutes late when we arrived for our appointment and as I'm standing there with my 30lb infant carrier for my 6 month old weighing the left side of my body down and my sleepy, teenage step son is reluctantly anticipating a dental cleaning that I drug him out of the house for, the receptionist tells me we aren't due for his cleaning yet! I told her that I thought we were here for his last appointment in December or January but the receptionist I spoke to was quite clear that it showed he hadn't been in for a cleaning in a year. If someone knew that he wasn't due for an appointment yet, wouldn't that have been something I could be informed about before driving over? Apparently the number on his file was his mother's discontinued number. How convenient! My step son is leaving in a few weeks to stay with his mom for the rest of the summer and Trailhead couldn't see him between the dates that insurance covers his visit and he's expected to leave. I asked the, albeit ignorant, question, "Can't you just see him now and bill it later?" Instead of politely or even jokingly saying "no ma'am we can't, that would be insurance fraud!" she said it like I'm a complete idiot and how dare I ask that of her? I know that sounds bad on my part but I sincerely didn't know that was fraud. I'll admit I'm obviously ignorant about insurance. Well, I was completely offended and embarrassed by her reaction . I wouldn't have even been there if the receptionist had gotten it right in the first place! I go on to say that I need to ask his mom if she will be able to get him to see a dentist over the summer before I spend $150 out of pocket and the receptionist huffs about his appointment only being a 45 min time slot so we don't have time to wait around for that! Well, that's fine with me, we'll take our business elsewhere! I wish I could rate them a negative number of stars!
Dr. Price is great! Staff is always friendly and positive :) Wouldn't trust my teeth with anyone else.
