Overall, I couldn't love this place more and I would recommend it to anyone who lives nearby. I cannot comment on how the experience is during the afternoon, but I could imagine it getting a little more busy, so maybe shoot for 10am like I did.
The room had a very comfortable and clean feel, and it smelled nice. My hygienist, Nancy, was so super nice and talkative (in a good way), and we ended up having a great conversation about sustainability (brownie points!). I could tell this place has the most update machinery a sleek and massaging operating chair, as well as quick x ray machines. The only thing missing from this place was a pedicure!
Excellent experience. One of our college Summer Staffers had to have an emergency root canal or extraction. Being away from home, he wasn't able to go to his regular dentist, so we sent him to Dr. Benson. He was able to be seen that day, and both he and his father were very impressed with how they were treated and all the options were explained ahead of time. Even though the tooth had to be pulled, both the patient and his father said that if they lived in TR, they would want Dr. Benson to be their primary dentist. We couldn't be more thankful for the professionalism and customer service they received. Would highly recommend.
This is the best dentist I've ever been to hands down. Granted I hadn't been to a dentist for 4 years. First time visitor and I was able to schedule a visit for the next day despite calling right before they closed. Had a 10:00 am visit and the waiting room was empty, which eased my mind and allowed me to ask questions about the paperwork. The front desk ladies were very patient with my aloof self (thank you!!).
The staff laughed at my jokes and were very welcoming. Dr. Benson was quick, efficient, and personable. He complemented my tacky Hawaiian shirt and told me that he had a few "party shirts" just like it. I had a cavity and he told me that he will be able to do it in an hour when I come back.
***NOBODY*** is more talented than Dr. Benson!!! I admire most his gentle , cautious approach. The office is friendly, modern and meticulously spotless. Dr. Benson happens to be extremely bright. (Sensed he was, so I asked him... =Would never occur to him to mention such 'matter of fact' minutiae...) He skipped several years of elementary/high school and college. Summary: These are genuinely wonderful people. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
